Accessibility statement
Last updated: November 2026
Tzabar Real Estate wants this site to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. It was built to meet Israel's Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013, and Israeli Standard 5568 Part 1 at level AA.
What we've done
Full keyboard navigation, a clearly visible focus indicator, and a "Skip to main content" link at the top of every page.
A logical heading structure and semantic markup so screen readers can follow the page.
Colour contrast at level AA, and text that can be enlarged to 200% without losing content.
Alternative text for images, labels for every form field, and error messages announced to screen readers.
Language and text direction set for each version of the site: Hebrew right-to-left, English left-to-right.
Animations switch off for anyone whose device is set to reduce motion.
The layout adapts to desktop, tablet and phone.
Known limitations
The site has been checked with automated testing tools and keyboard-only navigation. We're not currently aware of any inaccessible parts. If you find a problem, please tell us.
Accessible service
Tzabar has no office open to the public. Our service takes place at the property, by phone, WhatsApp and email, and we're happy to adapt how we communicate to your needs.
Report an accessibility issue
Tell us which page, what you were trying to do and which browser or assistive technology you used. You can reach us on WhatsApp, by email or through the contact form on the site. We'll reply within 5 business days.
