Tzabar Real Estate ("Tzabar", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information tzabar-rl.com collects, how it is used and what your rights are, under Israel's Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, and its regulations.
Who is responsible
The data controller is Tzabar Real Estate, a partnership in Israel. For any privacy matter: info@tzabar-rl.com.
What we collect
When you use the contact form: your name and phone number and, if you choose to write them, details about the property.
You are not legally required to provide this information, but we can't reply without a name and phone number.
When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we keep the message and the contact details you shared.
Like any website, our hosting provider (Vercel) logs technical data such as IP address and browser type, for security and operations only.
How we use it
To get back to you, arrange a property review and make you an offer. We will not send you marketing messages without your separate, explicit consent.
Who we share it with
Only Tzabar's partners can access your information. We don't sell it or pass it to third parties for marketing. WhatsApp messages go through Meta's WhatsApp service, under its own privacy policy.
To run the site and our email we use providers that process data on our behalf only: Vercel (hosting), Resend (form delivery) and Google Workspace (email). Some of their servers are outside Israel, mainly in the United States, and they are bound by data processing agreements.
Cookies
This site uses no advertising, tracking or analytics cookies. If that changes, we'll update this policy and ask for your consent first.
Retention and security
We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after your last contact, or for as long as we work together, then delete them. Access is limited to the partners and protected by passwords and two-factor authentication.
Your rights
You may ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted. Write to info@tzabar-rl.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
If you live in the European Union, you also have the rights granted by the GDPR, including the right to object and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Changes
If we update this policy, the new version will be published on this page with its date.
