The service itself

Management services are provided under a signed agreement between Tzabar and the property owner. That agreement, not this site, sets the scope, fees and termination terms.

Intellectual property

The text and design of this site belong to Tzabar Real Estate; please don't copy or reuse them without written permission. Team photos appear with the consent of the people in them. Apartment photos are illustrative and used under their owners' licence.

Limitation of liability

We work to keep the information here accurate and current, but we are not liable for loss caused by relying on it without speaking to us.

Links to external sites, if any, are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction.
